Successful HR leaders embrace effective collaboration as a competitive edge. However, we often fail to leverage the diverse perspectives and experiences that are most readily available to us. We risk excluding valuable voices from our problem solving efforts, and we’re left wondering what went wrong.
In this inspiring session, Erich Kurschat (owner of Harmony Insights and founder of HRHotSeat) will share tips for convening a mastermind, tools for assessing potential member contributions, and lessons learned from his experience creating and evolving HRHotSeat. Attendees are encouraged to arrive with a current, specific HR-related workplace challenge on which they would like to receive peer-oriented feedback.
