A mastermind group serves to gather motivated, like-minded individuals to present and solve professional challenges in a collaborative environment of mutual support, trust, and accountability.
During this abbreviated “mock mastermind,” participants will divide into groups, identify one person to present a challenge (e.g., “I’m having trouble finding qualified candidates”), and spend roughly 10 minutes brainstorming potential solutions, strategies, resources, and connections. Everyone will leave this speed session having given or received expert advice that moves the entire HR profession forward!
