Below is the copy that I recommend emailing to learners in advance of sending assessment codes via Catalyst Administrator or your EPIC account. Feel free to revise it however you’d like.
You will soon receive an emailed link sent from noreply@wiley-epic.com to complete an Everything DiSC assessment on the Catalyst platform, keeping in mind the instructions below.

PRE-WORKSHOP CHECKLIST
- Complete your assessment by end of day [ENTER DATE]
- Log into the Catalyst platform, click “Learn about your style” on the home page, and review what you see there.
- Plan to access Catalyst during the workshop, whether in a different tab (if virtual) or on a device of your choosing (smartphone will suffice). (Make sure to have your login information saved on your chosen device or otherwise accessible.)

ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS
* Do not share the link that you receive, as it has been customized specifically for you. Similarly, do not follow someone else’s link.
* The assessment should take no longer than 15-20 minutes to complete, and your results will be made immediately available to you on the Catalyst platform.
* Please have your work role in mind when you complete the assessment, as opposed to how you may act casually around friends and family. More specifically, please consider your role when you feel the most effective, productive, and satisfied in it.
* Do not answer questions in terms of how you feel you “should” answer or what you feel is expected of you; rather, answer them in a way that reflects your true preferences.
* Do not spend too much time considering any given question, as your initial response is often your most genuine. This is not a test; there are no right or wrong answers.
* Complete the assessment in a relaxed environment, free of distractions.
