OVERVIEW

As an authorized partner for Wiley, the world’s leading publisher of DiSC materials (and the only brand linked backed to the original DISC model), I help companies bring Everything DiSC®️ (intro video here; brochure here) to life for their stakeholders.

A given facilitated workshop will often include the following components…

importance of effective communication with internal/external stakeholders (goal: learner buy-in)
basic DiSC concepts overview (goal: familiarity with model)
DiSC assessment results debrief (goal: enhanced self-awareness)
small- and full-group activity engagement (goal: appreciation of cognitive diversity)
strategies for “people reading” and adapting behaviors (goal: confidence to apply learnings ongoing)
ongoing access to Catalyst™️ learner platform (intro video here; brochure here) at no additional cost (goal: tools to keep DiSC relevant and actionable following the workshop)

TIMING

4 weeks prior to workshop… we finalize an agreement and set up your custom EPIC account for administering assessments internally (where applicable)

3 weeks prior to workshop… we communicate assessment instructions & links to learners, who then have 1-2 weeks to complete a 20-30 minute assessment

1 week prior to workshop… is reserved for me to customize my content and delivery for the specific personality styles that will be in the workshop

PRICING

Assessments begin at $115/person (including ongoing access to Catalyst™️) if administered by me or $90/person (with the potential of being as low as $73.50/person) if administered via your own EPIC account (see below).

ADMINISTRATION

An EPIC account (one-time $270 setup fee) would allow you to produce/maintain your own company-branded assessments and reports. Credits to be spent on assessments/reports are purchased through me and never expire.

When EPIC credits are ordered in smaller quantities, assessments will cost more. When credits are ordered in larger quantities, you will enjoy the benefit of lower prices (see example below).

All Everything DiSC®️ authorized partners agree to abide by pricing guidelines set by Wiley (the publisher).

CERTIFICATION

Everything DiSC®️ certification (intro video here; course overview here) is the quickest way to build confidence around available resources and strategies for coaching/facilitating with DiSC. Administered directly by Wiley, the resulting credential never expires nor needs to be renewed. Additionally, the course includes a facilitation kit (listed below). SHRM credential holders can earn 20 professional development credits when they complete certification. Total cost for the 2-week virtual course + facilitation kit is currently $3,990 for the first registrant with a potential discount on subsequent registrants. (NOTE: Certification is not required to coach/facilitate using Everything DiSC®️.)

FACILITATION KIT

An Everything DiSC on Catalyst digital facilitation kit (intro video included here; brochure here) comes with all slides, videos, and modular scripts necessary to begin coaching and facilitating with Everything DiSC on the Catalyst platform. Additional facilitation kits are available for specific Everything DiSC applications listed in the OVERVIEW section above. The cost for each kit is currently $1,495.

As your Everything DiSC®️ authorized partner, I make it my job to ensure that you have access to the materials and education (at the best possible prices) you need to accomplish your unique objectives. You will never receive an invoice for my strategic guidance along the way.
