Know Your Audience: Design & Present a Pitch That Resonates!

When pitching your idea, product, or service, it’s difficult to know what will resonate with your audience.  This workshop will educate participants about four basic personality styles, the specific words and behaviors that resonate with each style, and strategies for fine-tuning elements of a pitch so that it makes the desired impression.  Further, participants will learn strategies for observing audience behavior and adapting a pitch on the spot to communicate with influence and authority!

Participants will…

• learn four basic personality styles and the type of information that appeals to each style
• identify the communication/personality style that best fits them and their key stakeholders
• examine components of a pitch that naturally resonate with each personality style
• create a rough sketch of a pitch that speaks to all four styles
• practice adapting their pitch to resonate with different communication and personality styles

The workshop will run from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a group lunch.
