A dynamic Everything DiSC^® instructor and seasoned corporate human resources professional, Harmony Insights owner and connection coach Erich Kurschat is passionate about helping others define and pursue meaningful work and productive workplace relationships.

Erich has partnered internationally with dozens of organizations and thousands of contributors at all levels to help them lead, sell, and communicate with greater influence.

Using the DiSC model of behavior as a foundation since 2006, Erich focuses on natural behaviors and learned adaptability to create roadmaps for the relationships and connections that matter most to us. He facilitates a process of learning that is at once deeply introspective and highly interactive.

Erich received his bachelor of arts from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, before moving to Chicago in the fall of 1999. He currently resides in Downers Grove, Illinois, with his wife and daughter and is deeply committed to promoting and performing in choral ensembles around the city.
